We are mother and daughter, Sue Perry and Carly Bushill, the team behind The Hidden Gem.
Sue successfully ran her care company, Wishing Well Home Care that she founded in 2015, having recently set up an Employee Ownership Trust, she has now retired to concentrate on her next venture The Hidden Gem.
Carly runs her successful hair and beauty business The Secret Salon, specialising in wedding hair and make-up, and pre-wedding beauty treatments. Carly has always had the idea of combining the whole package, removing the stress of going to so many different places.
To view the collection is by appointment only, where you can try on our dresses in the privacy of our cosy boutique, friends or family and welcome to accompany you.

The Secret Salon
Owned and run by Carly, The Secret Salon specialises in weddings, bespoke hair, nails, and pre-wedding pamper treatments such as, facials, massage, and waxing.

Previously located at the same address a the The Hidden Gem, however, due to the continued success of Carly’s business, she has now relocated to larger premises at The Stables, Sansaw, Clive, Shropshire. The Hidden Gem remains at Mortimer House, Clive in a beautiful new showroom.

We are still working together to offer our bridal packages, so in addition to a beautiful outfit for your special occasion, Carly provides a bespoke hair and make-up package which can include all of your bridal party, either at The Secret Salon or your own venue, details and prices are available from The Hidden Gem.
